Crosswire is operated by Wernberg & Partners AB, registered in Sweden under company registration number SE5569781734, at Sveavägen 159, 113 44 Stockholm, Sweden.

Crosswire holds no financial licence and provides no regulated financial service. It is not a bank, payment institution, electronic money institution or acquirer, and it never receives or holds client funds. Every regulated service is contracted directly between you and the licensed provider that supplies it.

Wernberg & Partners backing

Crosswire is the infrastructure arm of Wernberg & Partners, a Stockholm advisory firm working with founders and operators in regulated and hard-to-serve sectors. That parentage is why the network exists: the provider relationships, the negotiated line items and the diligence discipline were built there first.

Advisory work is quoted and contracted separately from infrastructure placement, so the two never subsidise or distort each other.

How we work

01 · Shape

You describe the business, the flows and the currencies. We map that to the rails it actually needs - banking, acquiring, digital assets, verification - rather than selling a single product and calling it a stack.

02 · Price

You get an indicative band per rail before anyone meets. Bands come from our own negotiated line items, not a rate card we hope you accept.

03 · Place

We select the licensed providers, put your file in front of them and come back with written terms for your approval. Providers are disclosed when terms are presented for signature - not before.

04 · Run

You contract directly with each licensed provider. We stay as one coordinated relationship across them, so pricing, approvals and escalations have a single point of contact.

How Crosswire is paid

Crosswire is paid by the infrastructure partners we place you with. The infrastructure price you are quoted carries no Crosswire margin - it is the provider's own price on pre-negotiated terms. Advisory or implementation work is a separate chargeable service. Where it applies, it is quoted separately and agreed in advance, never added silently to a rate.
