Terms of Service

Last updated: 12 August 2026

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Crosswire website and tools operated by Wernberg & Partners AB (SE5569781734), Sveavägen 159, 113 46 Stockholm, Sweden. By using the site you accept them.

2. What Crosswire does

Crosswire is a technology, orchestration and introduction service. Crosswire helps businesses identify, design and coordinate financial infrastructure provided by third-party providers, including designing proposed provider combinations, supporting and coordinating commercial negotiations, and coordinating onboarding and technical integration.

Crosswire is not a bank, payment institution, electronic money institution, acquirer or otherwise licensed financial services provider, and does not itself provide regulated financial services. Crosswire does not receive, hold, safeguard or take possession of client funds.

Crosswire has no authority to bind either the client or any third-party provider, enter into regulated-service agreements on their behalf, or approve a client for any regulated service. All regulated services are provided by, and contracted directly with, the applicable licensed provider. Each provider performs its own due diligence and retains sole discretion over approval, onboarding and continued service.

Recommendations, proposed provider combinations, coverage indications and commercial terms generated through Crosswire's technology or AI interfaces are indicative and do not constitute approval or a commitment by any third-party provider.

3. No guarantee of approval, pricing or outcome

Indicative pricing, savings estimates and recommendations on this site (including any calculator output) are illustrative only and not an offer. Final approval, pricing and terms are determined solely by the relevant Partner following its own onboarding, KYC/KYB, underwriting and compliance checks. We do not guarantee approval, any specific price, or any result.

4. No professional advice

Content on this site (including resources/articles) is general information, not legal, financial, tax or regulatory advice. Get your own professional advice before acting.

5. Eligibility & lawful use

You must be authorised to act for your business and use the site only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for your own licensing and regulatory compliance in your markets.

6. How we're paid

Crosswire is paid by the infrastructure partners it refers clients to, so the infrastructure price carries no Crosswire margin. Advisory or implementation work is a separate, chargeable service: where you engage us for it, the scope and fee are quoted separately and agreed in advance before the work starts. Partner pricing and commercial arrangements vary by provider, channel and use case. See our Affiliate / Partner Disclosure.

7. Intellectual property

The Crosswire name, logo and site content are owned by Wernberg & Partners AB and may not be used without permission.

8. Third-party links & services

We are not responsible for Partners' or third parties' services, sites, terms or conduct.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crosswire is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made or services provided by Partners. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden and disputes are subject to its courts.
