We believe in being upfront about our model.
How compensation works
Crosswire is paid by the infrastructure partners it refers clients to, so the infrastructure price carries no Crosswire margin. Where a partner compensates Crosswire (e.g. referral or revenue-share arrangements), that is governed by our agreement with the partner and does not create an additional charge to you beyond the partner's own pricing. Partner pricing and commercial arrangements vary by provider, channel and use case.
Advisory or implementation work is the exception, and we would rather state it plainly than let it be discovered: it is a chargeable service. Where you engage Crosswire for advisory or implementation work, the scope and the fee are quoted separately and agreed in advance, in writing, before the work begins. Nothing of that kind is ever added to the infrastructure price or invoiced without your prior agreement.
You always contract with the licensed partner that holds your funds and runs the rails. Crosswire is not a reseller, contracting principal or programme manager for any product.
Our commitment
We aim to recommend the stack that best fits your profile, approval likelihood and pricing - not simply the one that pays us most. Indicative pricing and savings shown on the site are illustrative and subject to each partner's own approval and underwriting. Links to partners may be referral/affiliate links.
